The Colonial House list of special features is unmatched by any other facility. We provide many extra services and conveniences. All are included in the contract price. Each apartment features an entertainment center with a 25 inch TV, DVD, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board. We installed FREE High-Speed Internet that is both wireless and wired for every Colonial House student. Also available for your use is our Jacuzzi room, piano room and fully equipped exercise room. There's a spacious lounge with kitchenette, four large conveniently located laundry rooms, extra storage, and ample parking. Our computer lab features 9 new computers with High-Speed Internet access, and laser printer; plus a copy and fax machine are in our main office. All this and The Colonial House is conveniently located next to campus, the new auditorium location, shopping, restaurants, and even a grocery store that delivers groceries to your door!
