Just fill out the application and pay the required $150 deposit.  You will be notified by email when your contract is received.

If you Sign up for TWO OR MORE SEMESTERS in this contract, and you will pay only ONE DEPOSIT(example: sign up for both Spring & Fall).  A $150 deposit is required with each contract submitted.

The earlier you apply, the more likely we can provide your apartment decor and roommate preferences. 

If the Colonial House is full when you apply, you can be placed on a waiting list. The $150 Deposit to reserve housing can be paid by credit card or a personal check by mail, whichever you prefer.  If you are not accepted to BYU-Idaho then the deposit is refunded.
