Sign up for Spring, Fall or Winter and your Summer is only $140 ($100 discount)

GROUP DISCOUNTS  

Group Discounts for New Colonial House Tenants:

• Additional $50 Discount per student for groups of 6 roommates.
• Additional $25 Discount per student for groups of 3-5 roommates.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Just fill out the application and pay the required $150 deposit.  You will be notified by email when your contract is received.

If you Sign up for TWO OR MORE SEMESTERS, you only pay ONE DEPOSIT (example: sign up for both Spring & Fall).  A $150 deposit is required with each contract submitted.

The earlier you apply, the more likely we can provide your roommate preferences and apartment decor. 

If the Colonial House is full when you apply, you can be placed on a waiting list. The $150 Deposit to reserve housing can be paid by credit card or a personal check by mail, whichever you prefer.  If you are not accepted to BYU-Idaho then the deposit is refunded. 

PRIVATE BEDROOMS 

Limited availability waiting list, early & group discounts do not apply to private bedrooms.

• $200 extra for private bedroom for Winter or Spring Semester (Limited Availability).
• $100 extra for private bedroom for Summer Session Break.

PAYMENTS

Make Online Payment: Pay your housing deposit or rent online with your Mastercard or Visa using Paypal secured transactions.
